A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.

McMinn County Criminal History does not keep, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Its reference material identifies record custodians such as the McMinn County sheriff, local criminal courts, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and Tennessee Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not turned into a consumer report or a file about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. A provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices apply to data entered there. Those practices are beyond our control, so review the provider's terms before submitting information.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to courts, sheriff pages, Tennessee agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's policy controls its collection and use of data. Review that policy before providing personal details.
